Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Cognibyte Software Services Private Limited is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. This page states the standard we hold it to, how we check, and what to do if we have got something wrong.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This includes semantic structure, keyboard operability, sufficient colour contrast, visible focus that is never hidden behind fixed page elements, controls large enough to hit comfortably, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
We assessed the site against WCAG 2.2 in September 2026 and believe it meets Level AA. We raised our stated target from 2.1 to 2.2 at that point because the site already met the higher bar, and we would rather publish what is true than what is comfortable.
How we check
Every page template is scanned automatically against the full accessibility rule set before any change ships, and the checks run in three different browser engines. Keyboard navigation is walked through automatically as well, including with the cookie banner on screen, because fixed elements are a common way for focus to become invisible.
Some criteria cannot be tested automatically. Those are reviewed by hand, and our build fails deliberately if a change introduces something — a sign-in, a multi-step form, a drag-and-drop control — that brings a new requirement into play without it being assessed.
Automated checks catch a great deal but not everything. Judgement about whether a page actually makes sense to someone using a screen reader still needs a person, and we keep doing that.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any part of this site that fails our target at the time of writing. That is a statement about what we have found, not a guarantee that nothing is wrong.
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. As we add pages and features, something will eventually slip past the checks, and we would rather hear about it than assume it has not happened.
Telling us about a problem
If you cannot use part of this website, or something works badly with your assistive technology, please email info@cognibyte.in. Describing the page and what happened helps, but tell us in whatever way is easiest for you.
We treat accessibility faults as genuine defects rather than suggestions, and we will tell you what we intend to do about it. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer another way to get what you needed.
